Europa Arena believes in collective action and ‘change-making’. We help initiate and support ‘change-makers places’. We often work with ‘transformation labs’, places where ‘unusual suspects’ come together to imagine new futures or practical ways out of quagmires, and tackle persistent bottlenecks.
